- Control of compliance of the work carried out with the project design. No matter how detailed the project documentation is, questions will always arise during the repair. It is better when these issues are discussed together with the designer, who will be able to find the optimal solution without violating the overall design concept. The presence of a responsible competent specialist at the facility is a key factor in the expected result.
- Communication with the foreman at the site is necessary, including by phone (consultations on all developed drawings). Productive interaction between the designer and the foreman allows you to minimize the likelihood of errors, and if they are detected, eliminate them in a timely manner.
- Making changes to the project (if necessary) that arose after dismantling old and erecting new partitions, after leveling floors, walls, and ceilings.
- Coordination of orders for finishing materials and equipment from suppliers on behalf of the customer (request from contractors and reconciliation of invoices, coordination of delivery terms, selection of alternative items in case of withdrawal from production or inappropriate delivery terms).
