WHAT WE DO
We work with all interior styles, adapt the project to your budget, select real materials available on the local market and guide you from the first idea to a beautifully finished home.
We create interiors that are thoroughly planned, technically sound and fully ready for real-life implementation. BELIK DESIGN works in three core directions:
-1-
Interior Design Projects
We prepare complete design documentation: functional layouts, photorealistic 3D visualizations, detailed technical drawings, and specifications for finishes, furniture and lighting. This is not just a set of images — it is a clear, structured roadmap for your renovation.
-2-
Designer’s Supervision
We oversee the implementation of the project during renovation: ensure all works follow the approved design, coordinate changes, consult with contractors, verify materials and help prevent costly mistakes at every stage.
-3-
Turnkey Renovation
Together with trusted construction teams, we handle the entire renovation cycle: demolition, engineering systems, rough works, finishing, furniture installation, lighting and final detailing. You receive a fully completed interior without stress or unexpected problems.
How a competent design project saves your budget
Renovations without a project usually cost at least 15-25% more, and this does not include the costs of your time and nerves. A competent design project pays for itself during the renovation and increases the value of the apartment on the market.
Up to 20-25% of processing costs
Without a clear plan, many decisions are made "on the fly". This leads to mistakes - which are then corrected at your expense. With a design project, such revisions are practically non-existent.
Up to 10-15% savings on finishing materials
Your interior design project already includes specific items and their volumes/quantities. You buy what you really need – without any leftovers or extra costs.
Saving on "hidden" costs
Often, without an interior design project, you have to pay extra for unexpected work ("we didn't take this into account", "this should have been done differently"). With clear documentation, the team sees the full scope of work at once.
Saving time = saving money
Every week of team downtime is a direct financial loss. The interior design project provides a clear plan of action - the team works clearly, without downtime.
Selection of materials in the required price categories
We immediately offer you alternatives - where you can avoid overpaying and explain where it is better not to save (so as not to change later).

How we work remotely without losing quality and control
Today, most of our clients complete key stages remotely - without the need for constant visits to the studio or personal meetings.
in Kyiv
Even in Kyiv, many people choose a remote work model - it is more convenient in terms of time.
Across Ukraine
by separate agreement and if possible, we can travel to your city to take measurements, after which all further work is carried out online.
In other countries
We work with international properties – the key requirement is having accurate measurements (we can provide video instructions on how to take correct room measurements).
Apartments that are still under construction
we can start working on the developer's drawings, create a concept and layout - and by the time the house is handed over, the full interior design project will be ready. When access to the property appears, we will take measurements and continue working on the adjusted dimensions.
Designer support: Why is it important? Why do you need it?
To avoid spending weeks on repair control, not to quarrel with the team, not to live on the construction site.
You will sleep peacefully - because you know that there is a person standing guard over the design of the project and your repair budget.
On-site control
The designer regularly visits the site, checks how the implementation is going: whether it is exactly according to the design project, whether there are any simplifications or actions “on their own” from the craftsmen.
Protecting your renovation budget
Identifying potential errors or unnecessary costs at an early stage. The designer is always on the client's side, not the team's.
Less stress for you
You won’t have to make dozens of decisions on the fly or answer “What should I put here?” — the designer communicates directly with the foreman and the team, and if any questions arise, he or she resolves them immediately with specialists.
Prompt resolution of nuances
Any change in materials, technical inconsistency or “surprise” during construction is resolved without delay, without violating the interior design concept.
Compliance of the final result of the repair with your expectations
So that the interior does not differ from the picture on the visualization. So that it turns out "as we wanted", and not "as we did".

What happens if you do renovations without an interior design project?
With a design project, your future renovation is a controlled process with a clear result. Without a project, it is an experiment for your money and nerves.
Frequently asked questions from builders
"Where should the sockets be? How many and for what purposes? Where should the lamp be hung? - you will have to answer these and other questions on the fly (and this is only about electricity)
1
Confusion during the renovation process
the team is waiting for you to make decisions, as a result - downtime, delays
2
Non-systematic procurement of materials
something didn't fit, they didn't count, they bought more/less than needed
3
The space ends up looking “somehow wrong”
inconvenient layout, sockets in strange places, furniture doesn't fit, closet blocks window and much more
4
Little things are exhausting
endless "minor questions" during construction: "What should I put here? What should I put there? How should I fill this niche?"
5
Delaying the deadlines
repairs can last for years, are not completed within the planned time (these are not just words, these are real situations that customers contact us with, who wanted to save money and thought that there was nothing complicated in this process)
6
Rework at the finishing stage
expensive mistakes that can no longer be corrected without new expenses
7
Significant budget discrepancy
the final costs for repairs turn out to be significantly higher than the initial budget (they don’t like to talk about this, but it always turns out that way – without a clear plan in the form of a design project, it is impossible to calculate materials and work even for experienced teams)daily "decisions on the fly", fatigue from endless choices and doubts (believe me, it is better to resolve all disputes and issues at the design stage of the project than to try to do this during the renovation process)
8
Stress for the whole family
daily "decisions on the fly", fatigue from endless choices and doubts (believe me, it is better to resolve all disputes and issues at the design stage of the project than to try to do this during the renovation process)

How much does a turnkey renovation based on a design project approximately cost?
For example, a 100 m² apartment. The smaller the space, the more expensive the cost per m², and the larger the space, the lower it is.
On average, $450–500 per m².
Construction work + raw materials (all hidden elements: profiles, plaster, pipes, electrical wiring, etc.)
From $180 per m²
Finishes (all visible elements: tiles, floors, lighting, paint, doors, windowsills, bathroom fixtures, taps, etc.). The price varies depending on the client’s preferences and the design choices.
Over more than 10 years, we have completed dozens of interior projects of varying complexity. Our clients have received results they can confidently rely on — and this is something we are truly proud of.
