  2. An initial discussion of your future interior concept as a whole.
  3. A detailed explanation of each sheet of the project documentation, using a sample project as a reference.

    We review your layout, discuss possibilities, outline budget expectations and answer all your questions — free of charge.

  • On-site measurements

    We take precise measurements (more detailed than developer plans), ensuring a solid and accurate foundation for the project.

  • Client briefing & needs analysis

    We learn about your lifestyle, preferences, routines and how your family uses the space — creating a design tailored specifically to you.


  • Layout development

    We prepare 2–3 layout options plus up to 4 rounds of revisions. No templates — only individual solutions.

  • Design concept & 3D visualizations

    You see how your future interior will look in reality, including real materials, lighting and furniture available on the market.

  • Technical drawings

    We prepare 20+ detailed drawings: electrical layouts, plumbing, ceilings, flooring, wall elevations, furniture and material specifications — a complete instruction manual for the contractors.

  • Designer’s supervision (optional)

    We monitor construction, ensure compliance with the project, coordinate changes, assist with materials and prevent costly mistakes.

How we work remotely
without losing quality and control

Today, most of our clients complete key stages remotely - without the need for constant visits to the studio or personal meetings.

  • in Kyiv

    Even in Kyiv, many people choose a remote work model - it is more convenient in terms of time.

  • Across Ukraine

    by separate agreement and if possible, we can travel to your city to take measurements, after which all further work is carried out online.

  • In other countries

    We work with international properties – the key requirement is having accurate measurements (we can provide video instructions on how to take correct room measurements).

  • Apartments that are still under construction

    we can start working on the developer's drawings, create a concept and layout - and by the time the house is handed over, the full interior design project will be ready. When access to the property appears, we will take measurements and continue working on the adjusted dimensions.
