How long does it take to develop an interior design project?

On average, creating an interior design project for an 80 m² apartment in a new building takes about 2.5–3 months. This includes our work, review calls with you, decision-making, and implementing revisions.

Can we adjust the design during the renovation?

Yes. This is exactly what our author’s supervision service is for. The designer monitors the renovation process and, if needed, adjusts the project without breaking the overall concept, always with your approval.

Do you only work with your own contractors, or can we use ours?

We can work with our trusted construction teams or with your contractors if you already have a team you are confident in. The quality of our design work remains the same in both cases.

Can you create a project if the building has not been handed over yet?

Yes. Before you get access to the property, we can complete the first two stages — layouts and 3D visualizations. Once the building is handed over and we can access the site, we take precise measurements and prepare the working drawings. This saves time and lets you start the renovation sooner.

How does remote collaboration work if I’m not in Kyiv?

We work fully online: we create a project chat in Telegram, schedule video calls with screen sharing at a convenient time and store all intermediate results in a shared Google Drive folder. We use the same workflow even with clients who live in Kyiv — it’s simply efficient and comfortable.

Do you take the measurements yourselves or do we need to hire a surveyor?

If your property is in Kyiv or the nearby area, we usually take the measurements ourselves. If it is further away, we will advise whom to involve for the measurements and what exactly we need.

Will I be able to buy furniture and materials myself using your project?

Yes. All finishes, lighting and furniture are specified directly in the project. Later you can choose suppliers and purchase the listed items by their names and specifications.

Is your fee per square meter fixed, or can it change during the project?

Our fees for the design project and author’s supervision are calculated before we start and fixed in the contract. Once the contract is signed, the agreed amount does not change.

Can I order only a layout / re-layout without a full interior design project?

Yes, you can order just the layout, layout with visualizations, or layout with working drawings. Each option has its own specifics, which we will discuss with you in advance.

Does the project include selecting colors, materials and furniture?

Yes. The interior design project includes the selection of finishes, color schemes, lighting and furniture. All key items are listed in the project documentation.

Do you help choose a construction team for the renovation?

Yes, we work with several construction teams we’ve been collaborating with for many years. We can introduce you to the foreman, prepare a renovation estimate based on the project, and, when possible, arrange a visit to a current site.

If I order only the design project without author’s supervision, how do I work with the builders?

First, you should ask for a renovation estimate based on the completed design project and discuss it with the foreman. Without author’s supervision, purchasing finishes, coordinating contractors and handling design changes will be your responsibility.

Can I adjust the budget during the project, for example by choosing different materials?

Yes, the budget for finishes can be adjusted along the way. If you have author’s supervision, the designer will help you find alternatives while keeping the overall concept intact. Without supervision, there is a higher risk that the final result will differ from the original design.

Can you work within my budget, for example with an average renovation budget?

Before we start, we always discuss your renovation budget. We usually work with three budget levels — economy, standard and business — and adapt design solutions and materials accordingly, aligning everything with you during the project.

Yes, the first consultation is completely free. We explain how we work, show the structure of an interior design project using a real example, discuss approximate renovation costs, talk through your needs and honestly answer all your questions.
