The designer's responsibilities at this stage, in addition to coordinating the entire process, also include making changes to the project during the renovation without violating the original concept (necessarily with your consent and approval).
If you have contractors you trust and want to work with, we will definitely take your wishes into account. The quality of the designer's work does not change from this.
While you do not have access to the object, we can always do the first two stages of work out of three on the project (development of the layout solution and visualization). These are the longest and most conceptual stages that do not require precise dimensions. As soon as you have access to the object, we take measurements and proceed to the third stage (working documentation) already with precise dimensions. In this case, you save time and you can start repairs almost immediately after the object is handed over.
All work is done online: a working group is created in Telegram, video calls with screen sharing are scheduled and held at a time convenient for you, a folder with the results of our work at each stage will be placed on Google Drive. Moreover, even with customers who are in Kyiv, we work exactly according to the same system - it is convenient and modern.
