This modern apartment interior design project was developed for a young couple living in ЖК Slavutych in Kyiv. The 69.3 m² space was transformed into a functional, elegant, and future-oriented home designed to adapt to the family’s lifestyle changes.
The concept combines contemporary aesthetics with emotional warmth. An artificial fireplace in the living room creates a cozy focal point, while the iconic Firework chandelier by Anzazo adds a dramatic accent above the dining area. The interior blends soft romantic tones such as “blushing bride” pink and muted blue with light neutral shades, creating a balanced and harmonious atmosphere.
The open-space kitchen and living room are visually zoned through flooring materials: Spanish porcelain stoneware in the kitchen area and Belgian laminate in the living space. Hidden LED lighting and busbar ceiling systems replace traditional central lighting, emphasizing the geometry of the space and adding depth.
The 18.8 m² bedroom includes a corner wardrobe system, dressing table with illuminated mirror, and decorative pendant lighting by Maytoni. The bathroom design features contrasting porcelain stoneware, mosaic accents, and illuminated mirrors that enhance the modern aesthetic.
Special attention was given to storage solutions, privacy zoning, and the possibility of future redevelopment. The layout separates public and private areas, ensuring comfort and functionality for long-term living.
